A new opportunity is available for a Proposals / Bid administrator to support the prequalification and tender submissions process for a main contractor operating in the commercial build sector, from their offices in the York area.
The main purpose of the role is to support the preconstruction process to coordinate submissions and proposals – covering both the prequalification and tender stages of opportunities.
The focus of you work will be to cover commercial and public sector bids of varying sizes, including framework submissions.
To be considered for this post you will should fit the following key areas;
* Have a some previous exposure to operating in a similar role coming either coming from a Proposals or Bid Coordination background.
* Ideally be from the construction sector however persons from a consulting environment would also be considered.
* Have bid writing capability, coupled with strong communication skills both written and verbal.
* Have strong IT skills.
