An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Lead to join a busy, progressive and growing construction business as Commercial Manager.
Our client is a highly successful Contractor, providing a full range of construction services for Retail, Commercial, Leisure and Residential clients including new builds, fit outs, and full refurbishments on schemes typically up to £10m in value.
Due to continued expansion and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now seeking to appoint a dynamic and hands-on Commercial Manager to join their friendly team based in South Yorkshire.
Working closely with the company’s Commercial Director, you will oversee the commercial team and will have full accountability for commercial duties.
Requirements:
* Proven track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor role within a Main Contracting environment.
* Team player
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience of mentoring/ managing junior members of staff
