Job Description
This role is hybrid remote with 60% weekly in-office presence in Mount Prospect, Illinois. (3 days in office per week)
This position provides the data management and visualization activities necessary to support the department’s function of analyzing and reporting customers’ deductions data to determine validity and resolution requirements. Responsible for processing a defined portfolio of complex customer deductions, requiring collaboration with other departments for resolution.
Job responsibilities include the following:
Reviewing, gathering supporting documentation, and processing high volumes of deductions, including pricing, promotions, fines, freight, rebate, quantity and post audits.
Ensuring deductions clearing is in line with budget/accruals and gain proper approvals. 
Researching, analyzing, tracking and clearing complex customer deductions, working with teams to determine validity and resolution requirements, including dispute processing and collecting on charge backs.
Driving, leading, and contributing to cross-functional work with Sales, Partner Teams, & Customers to resolve customer payment discrepancies.
Coordinating analysis and resolution of deductions and large-scale issues.
Creating and running reports to illustrate customers’ open receivables to internal stake-holders (Finance, Sales, Logistics), merging customers’ data with internal data to identify trends and drive payment resolution with major retailer partners. 
Helping develop data automation opportunities for existing business processes.
Providing input into strategic initiatives and helping drive process improvement by identifying issues, creating, and implementing corrective action plans, yielding improved techniques and standards.
Participating in large scale projects to accomplish company goals and cost savings. 
Technical process expertise/owner within and across functions. 
Establishing policies and procedures by exercising discretion and independent judgment. 
Demonstrating process improvement and project management skills including planning, prioritizing, tracking coordinating process, change and risk management.
