Sigma Defense is looking for a BMD Tactical Operations expert to join the Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP) team as a BMD Tactical Operations SME. Eligible candidate will have an active DoD issued TS/SCI security clearance, and 6 years' experience conducting shipboard BMD watch-team training or recent experience conducting BMD exercises, training, or operations.
We need the rare skill sets you have developed through your Naval Careers to assist the TTGP Staff in executing their mission of providing advanced tactical training to deploying ships and strike groups through Fleet Synthetic Training (FST).

Requirements
6 years' experience conducting shipboard BMD watch-team training or recent experience conducting BMD exercises, training or operations.
Attained Aegis BMD Watch Officer qualification.
Personnel Clearance Level:
Candidate must possess an active DoD issued TS/SCI (Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information) security clearance at the time of proposal submission.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from a university or accredited college - no specific discipline.
Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):
Working on-site at TTGP during BMD events (BMDEXs, FST, and LVC events), providing mentor ship onboard/pier side during events and classroom instructor for BMD courses held by TTGP.
Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 annually.
