Job Description
Role Accountabilies
The person will report to the Practice Group Manager (PGM) of Education for US West & Mexico, as well as the PGM / Studio Manager(s) related to the projects this person will work on.
Responsibilities could include:
Collaborate with Urban Designers / Planners / Landscape Architects on a variety of private and public sector urban design, landscape architecture, master planning and planning projects
Independently manage smaller projects while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team on larger / complex projects.
Develop masterplans, site plans, built form and massing for a variety of projects ranging in complexity, scope and context
Prepare and support in the presentation of high-quality graphic presentations, detailed design schemes and reports
Engage with and manage Clients/Stakeholders and ensuring deadlines and budgetary constraints are met for all projects
Demonstrate strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills and ensure that a high level of professionalism and design excellence are upheld within each project
Work with senior leadership and participate in responding and developing the creative content for RFP responses and supporting relevant marketing and business development initiatives.
