* Estimating the cost of materials
* Calculating the labour needed
* Managing budgets while construction is taking place
* Ensuring work is completed within its projected budget
* Determining client needs
* Monitoring construction progress
* Conducting financial feasibility studies for development projects
* Analyzing terms and conditions in the contract
* Predicting potential risks in the project and taking precautions to mitigate such.
REQUIRMENTS:
You will need a strong main contractor construction background, managing from 1st principles and estimating projects from £5million to £25million across a multitude of sectors.
