A Permananet Opportunity has arisen for a Main Contractor Quantity Surveyor (QS) for a busy Construction Commercial Department based in Dudley.
Salary of £45 - £50k plus Package.
Responsibilities:
* As the Main Contractor Quantity Surveyor, you will be a fully-fledged Project Surveyor with experience of managing projects from cradle to grave and managing all commercial areas.
Required:
* To be successful for this role of Quantity Surveyor, it is required that you have strong project experience in managing values from £5m to £15m.
*
Experience working on frameworks, government projects, education, leisure & healthcare.
Desired:
* Ideally, Quntatity Surveyor degree qualified but not essential.
* Ideally knowledge and experience of working on Healthcare and Education projects
