As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of our groundwork and reinforced concrete projects.
You will be responsible for:
* Leading and managing project teams
* Developing and implementing project plans
* Overseeing project budgets and schedules
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
* Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
* Providing technical expertise and guidance
Additionally, experience in estimating project value and costing will be crucial for this role, as you will be responsible for:
* Accurately estimating project costs
* Developing comprehensive project budgets
* Evaluating and managing project expenses
* Ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and experience:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Knowledge of groundwork and reinforced concrete construction methods (preferred)
