Dispensing for in and out-patients

* Stock control

* Reception and telephones duties

* Provide counselling to patients on how to take their medication and supply information as requested to improve patient's understanding of their treatment.

* To perform a final accuracy check on dispensed items against prescriptions and controlled drug requisitions.

* Preparing discharge prescriptions, including blister packs

* Preparing controlled drug orders

* Topping up the emergency cupboard

* Supporting the training and supervision on pre-registration technicians and other support staff

* Team leading
