Responsibilities:  

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in guiding students along their educational journey. 
Utilise various strategies to address the unique needs of each student effectively. 
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to develop comprehensive support plans together. 
Cultivate a positive atmosphere aimed at improving social and communication skills. 
Consistently implement interventions and participate in activities to support academic progress. 

Requirements:  

Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant. 
Applicants with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle will receive priority consideration. 
Effective communication skills are essential for success in this role. 
We highly prioritise traits such as compassion, patience, and empathy. 
Adaptability and flexibility in various situations are necessary qualities.
