**Salary: £100-£120 per day**

Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and autism? TeacherActive is currently seeking a dedicated Learning Mentor to join our team in Plymouth. This role involves driving responsibilities to support children in various settings.

**Role and Responsibilities:**

- Providing one-to-one and small group support to children with SEMH and autism.

- Implementing tailored intervention strategies to promote social and emotional well-being.

- Assisting with the development of individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.

- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support the holistic development of students.

- Transporting children to and from appointments or activities as required.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience working with children with SEMH and autism.

- Strong understanding of behavior management techniques and strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
