Customer Service Advisor

I am currently recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor to join my client based in Southampton City. This is a part time role offering between 10-25hrs per week. We are open to experience, for the right person fit!

The right person is someone that wants to be part of a fantastic team, with unlimited progression routes, that is; proactive, polite, builds rapport easily and represents the business to the highest standards. You will be offered full support and training 

Duties of Customer support include: 
Liaising with customers and third parties via written and verbal communication methods
Maintaining product knowledge to answer customer queries 
maintaining internal working relationships with other teams through effective communication
Skills and Experience needed:
Strong communication skills
Team player
Enthusiasm to learn
Ability to work in a lively environment
Computer literate This role is office based and you must be able to work Saturdays 9-2pm
