Job Title: Senior Administrator

Location: Cheadle

Remuneration: £13.25ph

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm OR 8.30am - 4.30pm

Contract Details: Temporary ongoing - may go permanent for the right candidate dependant on business needs.

Responsibilities:

Manage and organise all administrative tasks efficiently and effectively to support the smooth running of our client's office.
Scrutinise and review important documents, ensuring everything complies with legal requirements.
Handle all paperwork related to different sections and departments, keeping accurate records and ensuring confidentiality.
Coordinate with solicitors and legal teams for various administrative tasks, including requesting reports and dealing with tribunals.
Proactively chase reports, ensuring they are received in a timely manner.
Schedule and arrange hearings, checking availability and coordinating with all parties involved.
Use basic Excel skills to handle spreadsheets and data entry tasks.Skills:

Strong administrative skills and experience in a similar role.
Ability to handle and organise large amounts of paperwork.
Detail-oriented and able to scrutinise important documents accurately.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple teams and external parties.
Basic Excel skills for data entry and spreadsheet management.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Notes:

This role requires someone with previous administrative experience.
Key responsibilities include managing paperwork and ensuring legal compliance.
The ideal candidate would be comfortable working with solicitors and organising hearings.
Technical knowledge is not necessary for this role, as training can be provided.
Basic Excel skills are required for spreadsheet management.
