My client a leading Residential Builders is looking for a Technical Coordintaor who will report into the Technical Manager.
As the Senior Technical Coordinator/Design Manager is responsible for managing all allocated projects with regards to New Build from Stage 3 & 4 through to completion .
The main purpose of the role is to ensure the project plan milestones are achieved through RIBA Work Stages 0‐6, manage and mitigate risk associated with the technical role and ensure cost appraisals are captured and realised within each individual project.
You will ensure you control and co‐ordinate all technical information between external consultants and internal departments in a timely manner. To ensure all approvals are obtained and information received issued to allow for a programmed start on site and delivery in accordance with the Project Plan.
You will need to have proven Technical Design experience and have proven drawing experience when working with the Construction Team.
You will need to have worked for a proven house/residential builders to be considered
