Our client has been established over 20 years and has grown to provide a complete service in the supply of integrated heating and property maintenance services, as well as working with the local authorities and housing associations across the UK.

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled multi-trader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a wide range of trade skills and be capable of performing various maintenance and repair tasks across multiple disciplines, including plumbing, tiling and general building maintenance. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently or as part of a team to ensure the timely completion of projects and the maintenance of high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of skilled maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, tiling, and general building maintenance.

Diagnose issues, identify necessary repairs, and execute them efficiently and to a high standard.

Carry out planned preventive maintenance tasks and respond to reactive maintenance requests.

Ensure all work complies with relevant safety and building regulations.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Work collaboratively with other team members and tradespeople on larger projects.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in multiple trades.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites as required.
