Customer Service & Sales Advisor
* Making telephony and face to face contact to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
* Get hands-on with research, identifying new suppliers.
* Contribute to the marketing efforts.
* Account Manage, exploring all avenues to increase involvement and engagement.
* Crucially, foster a culture of collaboration, supporting a strong working relationship with the team to work together to earn the team bonus.
* Strive for excellence in all customer interactions, ensuring top-notch service and support is delivered.
