Brook Street have the pleasure of working exclusively with a dynamic and rapidly growing Life Insurance provider with a commitment to helping individuals and families secure their financial future.

We are seeking friendly, experienced Customer Service individuals to join there service department and play a crucial part in providing efficient, excellent service and making a positive impact on people's lives.

Hours: 3 week rotation, 1 in 3 Saturdays with a day off in the week. NO SUNDAYS OR BANK HOLIDAYS!

- 1 week early (8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm)

- 1 week flexi (10am - 6pm)

- 1 week lates (10am - 6pm / 12pm to 8pm)

Salary: - £24,000+

Location: Orton Southgate - PE2

Start date: ASAP, Fixed Term Contract for 6 Months

Previous experience within a call centre or customer service capacity
Strong IT and Admin skills
Attention to detail
Active Listening
Understanding of FCA Regulations and requirements if preferred but not essential
Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
Confident when speaking to others and problem solving
