Job description
FORKLIFT DRIVER
B1 Forklift license required.
My client is a leading worktop manufacturer looking for a skilled forklift driver to work in a fast-paced factory environment on a temporary to permanent basis.
Shift times
Monday to Thursday 07:00am-16:00pm
Friday 07:00am-14:00pm
(must be committed to working extra hours when required)
Job responsibilities will include:
* Working efficiently.
* Safely operate a forklift to move materials in and around the factory.
* Load and unload lorries, ensuring proper stacking and securing of items.
* Transport materials to designated areas to keep production running.
* Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift and report any issues or malfunctions.
* Following job specifications.
* Heavy lifting.
* Abiding by health and safety policies.
* Following quality standards set.
* Following safe methods of work and ensure compliance with general housekeeping and safe systems of work.

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Salary: £12.50 per hour + holiday pay.
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

* Category B1 Licence (required)
