Responsible for managing inventory ready for shipment and coordinating all activities required for shipment.
Requirements
• Must have the ability to manage a small staff which includes managing shipping documentation and direct the flow of packages in preparation for shipment.
• Must work well with other department mangers.
• The successful candidate is analytical, well-organized and a good communicator. Experience in shipping procedures and a Associate Degree (or better) is a plus.
• Organize and maintain a detailed schedule daily of all issues impeding system
• Follow up with internal personnel and customers on issues impeding shipment
· Track, locate, organize products packaged for shipment.
· Maintain and improve existing internal tracking software systems to prioritize and route orders as necessary.
