SCOPE:
Enterprise Business Solution (EBS) consists of an integrated suite of application programs, subsystems, and modules.
Legacy on-premises, financial, and resale contract writing systems do not meet current DoD compliance requirements and use many manual processes that must be replaced with a system that is fully compliant for DoD financial systems and automates resale contract writing business processes. 
FUNCTIONAL SME - FEDERAL CONTRACT WRITING SYSTEM;
Evaluate and analyze functional requirements to develop technical requirements for Developers.
Work with the technical Oracle Fusion SaaS consultants to come up with configuration plans for the Oracle Cloud Applications.
Use design and analytical techniques including gather and analyze data for business process improvement.
Identify specific business opportunities and ways to capitalize on them.
Improve productivity, Test business processes, and recommend improvements.
Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories.
Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation.
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help others understand business performance.
Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements.
Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.
Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling methodology.
Writing instruction manuals for systems, and train users on how to appropriately utilize their computer systems.
Consult with stakeholders to determine what role the systems play in the business.
Brainstorming new ways to add more functionality to systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
5-7 recent years with DoD Contract Writing implementation and configuration (i.e., ACWS, ACMW, Procure-to-Pay/P2P and/or Supply Chain Management/SCM), in a DoD enterprise environment.
Must be available for periodic meetings at Richmond, Virginia area.
Must be Authorized to work in the United States and recently worked on DoD enterprise environment.
