Role: Sub Agent
Location: Leeds/Bradford
Package: Hybrid Working, Excellent work life balance, starting salary of £48,000 - £52,000 + company car, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, pension & healthcare
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sub Agent to join to a leading main contractor delivering an increasing pipeline of civil engineering, highways improvements and public realm projects across Leeds & Bradford. The Sub Agent will be joining a well regarded business that can offer a structured career path, an excellent work life balance, hybrid working and a competitive salary & package.
As a Sub Agent, you will play a key role in the delivery of a number of projects including upgrades to the public transport network, pedestrianisation of city centres, new bridges, highways improvements and more. Some of the Sub Agent's key duties will include:
Continuing my clients focus on Zero Harm
Managing the site teams performance
Review method statements
Undertake trend analysis and field audits
Management of subcontractors
Support the site teams but demonstrating a sound understanding of cost & value

Yearly pay reviewsSub Agents considering this opportunity will need excellent communication skills, a valid CSCS, SSSTS or SMSTS card and previous experience working for a main contractor within the civil engineering or infrastructure sectors. You'll also need to be familiar with the NEC suite of contracts.
