Job title: Human Resources Officer
Salary: Circa £30,000
Location: Wolverhampton
Holiday: 25 days plus Bank Holidays
Are you an experienced Human Resources Professional, looking for an exciting new opportunity ? Would you like to join an established, successful, market leading manufacturing business based in Wolverhampton ?
The Role: Reporting directly to the businesses CEO, you will be responsible for the management of all HR Functions, with the support of an external HR Consultancy business.
Duties will include:
Recruitment - placing adverts for live vacancies, providing contracts for any hires once successfully interviewed by the line manager.
Disciplinary - carrying out the necessary process, ensuring policies are followed and relevant paperwork is completed.
Absence Management - overseeing Return To Work process carried out by line managers.
Internal Audit - carry out periodical audits of all HR paperwork and processes, including relevant Right To Work, Contract, Employee Personal Detail documentations.
Oversee HR function for 150 permanent staff, with an additional flexible temp workforce to cover busy periods
The Successful Candidate:
Will be qualified to minimum Level 3 CIPD
Be able to demonstrate at least 2 years experience in a similar role
Show ability to work in a fast paced office environment
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have strong IT Skills, including all Microsoft Software Packages

An excellent salary, negotiable depending on experience
25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
