Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a Housing Scheme Manager on behalf of a Public Sector organisation based in the West Midlands.
The Opportunity
A great part time opportunity within a scheme based setting. You shall be required to support 20 units of housing across two sites and respond to emergency call outs when needed throughout the 7 sites.
* Manage and oversee the daily operations of a housing scheme
* Coordinate with resident, maintenance staff, and contractors to ensure smooth functioning of the property
* Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
* Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, such as fire alarms, defibs etc.
* Provide 24 hour on call on a rota basis, and respond to emergency calls

* Working across two schemes
* 20 hours per working week (09:00am-13:00pm)
* 24 hour on call rota basis – Must be prepared to travel to schemes when required
* £16,017.66 per annual (On-call uplift available)
* Mileage paid from base to and from sites
Requirements.
* Previous experience within a scheme or residential setting
* Enhanced DBS for immediate start
* Must have a full UK drivers licence and access to a car
