Electrical Technician

We are recruiting for an Electrical Technician to work at a manufacturing site in West Bromwich, B70. This is a permanent job from day one.
The company works on a fixed day shift Monday to Friday completing 40 hours per week, working hours are 8am to 4:30pm. You will receive 33 days holiday per year and have access to a stakeholder pension scheme. Career development will be possible with both internal and external training available.
Key responsibilities for the Electrical Technician:
Performing electrical preventative and reactive maintenance tasks in an industrial setting.
Installing and modifying electrical plant equipment within industrial facilities.
Conducting statutory inspections to ensure regulatory compliance.
Candidate requirements for the Electrical Technician:
Level 3 in a practical Mechanical Fitting/Engineering discipline (NVQ, City & Guilds etc.).
Ability to use and interpret equipment drawings, manuals, and other technical information.
Hours, pay & benefits for the Mechanical Fitter:
8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday 40 hours per week
£33,726 - 35,016 per year depending on grade
