Well, it's your lucky day, as Moxie are on the search for an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant (Talent Partner) who will form an integral part of our thriving charity team and help Welsh charities to thrive by connecting them with purpose driven people.

What Moxie has to offer?

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (depending on recruitment experience) + uncapped commission + performance bonuses.
Location: Hybrid working with 3 office days in our office on Cathedral Road - Central Cardiff (free on-street parking options and just a 10-minute walk from Cardiff Central Train station)
Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday (36 hours per week, on average)
Looking for work-life balance? We've got you covered with a 9-day fortnight. You'll have the choice of working; a 4-day-week every other week or 4.5 days every week.
Annual Leave: 25 days + bank holidays + an extra day off on your birthday!
Social Impact: 4 paid team volunteering days per year
