Customer Operations Manager
An exceptional opportunity to join a massively successful company based in Barnstaple who experience considerable growth year-on-year.
We are seeking a candidate to be at the helm of the Customer Service function and perform all processes to include;
* Customer Liaison
* Be the voice of the customer at production meetings
* Manage delivery functions
* General sales order administration
* Finance functions
* Liaison with Project Management team
Directly reporting to the MD, this is a crucial role within the business. The ideal candidate will;
* Be able to communicate effectively at all levels
* Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
* Anticipate customer needs
* Have experience within a Customer Service and Operations role
* Ideally come from a manufacturing background
