Job Description:

We are currently looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical support and resolve customer inquiries. Working closely with our clients, you will be the go-to person for troubleshooting, product installation, and maintenance queries. If you are passionate about serving customers and love problem-solving, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve product installation, configuration, and usage issues.
Proactively identify and escalate product defects or improvements to the development team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions using our CRM system.
Contribute to product knowledge base by creating FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in the electronics industry.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to analyse complex technical issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of voltage protection systems and energy-saving solutions is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems.
