Business Change Manager
London (Hybrid)
6 Month Contract
£(Apply online only)/day (Outside IR35)
A skilled Business Change Manager needed with active SC Security Clearance for a 6 Month, Outside IR35 contract.
Hybrid working with 2 days/week on site in central London. 3 days/week remote working. Start asap, ideally early May 2024.
A chance to work with a leading digital transformation business on large-scale IT modernisation programmes for Government. Strong Banking / Financial Services domain experience is essential.
Key skills, experience + tasks will include:
Must offer strong change strategy and planning expertise as well as develop and implement them effectively.
Influence tools and processes to create a strategy that supports adoption of required changes.
Project management and implementation expertise, delivering project management support for all aspects of change projects.
Lead the end-to-end business change management process, from requirement gathering to implementation- Process redesign and change management principles.
Ability to maximise employee adoption and usage of required changes.
Support the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
Experience with implementing Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products.
Excellent stakeholder and communication skills in order to collaborate with senior leaders, executives, and project managers - integrating change management activities.
The ability to integrate social media into the customer journey.
Experience writing project documentation, including business requirements and system specifications
