Customer Account Administrator – Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire
Salary: £25,000 per annum, free parking, pension, life assurance, health care and perks box
Our client have an opportunity for someone to join their expanding team. This role will be working within a very well established team. The companies continued growth has meant that the team is needing some additional support to enable their customers to continue to receive the great customer service which they have become accustomed to.

Key Responsibilities:
· Processing customer orders and replicating any issues
· Dealing with customer enquiries and making any amendments to orders
· Working closely with other internal departments
· Providing customers with information and updates on orders when required
· Contacting new customers identifying their needs and offering advice and solutions
Skills and Experience:
· Experience of working within a customer focused / sales environment
· Strong computer skills – Including Microsoft Office packages
· Excellent communicational skills – written and verbal
· Positive and reassuring attitude
· Attention to detail
