Ground Maintenance Operative required to work with leading Welwyn Garden City based housing assoicaitions maintenance team on a 12 week temporary to permament contract.
I am looking for an experienced grounds maintenance operative to carry out grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming, weed spraying and other horticultural related tasks on domestic properties across the Welwyn and Hatfield region.
This is a 12 week temporary to permament contract. Whilst on a temporary contract you will be paid weekly and then move onto a permament contract with the client following this.
Job role: Grounds maintenance work, working in a team of two. Carrying out grounds and garden maintenance on domestic social housing properties.
Hours: 8 hours per day - Monday - Friday. 40 hours per week.
Pay rate: £13.05 per hour depending on tickets & experience
Location: Depot based in Welwyn Garden City
Start date: ASAP
Requirements:
Full Uk Driving Licence (MUST REQUIREMENT)
3 years minimum grounds maintenance experience
