First Task Professional are proud to be working with a Glasgow based construction and fit-out contractor to recruit for a Contracts Manager to join their team!
Our client, established in the market for the last 20 years, boasts some of the most recognisable brands in the world as their client and have prided themselves on strong client relationships and repeat business.
They are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to manage one of their key accounts which will see them deliver a number of busy projects throughout Scotland and be involved heavily in the proconstruction, design and planning stages of this roll-out.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have previous experience in a Contracts Manager position
* Be comfortable establishing site set up, ensuring all appropriate permits and building warrants are in place
* Be comfortable creating and managing programmes of works or multiple sites concurrently
* Be confident working in a fast paced environment
* Have demonstrable experience managing and coordinating labour force for multiple sites/locations
* Be commercially astute
* Enjoy being in a client facing role
* Have a strong technical understanding of both new build and refurbishment projects
In return you can expect:
* Salaries of £55,000/annum - £60,000/annum
* Company car or car allowance
