We are currently supporting a large-scale reputable organisation in the entertainment industry who are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their HR team. 

This is a brand new role for the business which has been created to set up and develop the in-house recruitment function to enable the organisations future growth. 

Salary is between £50,000 - £60,000 DOE with a 10% bonus. Hybrid working is offered with 3 days required in the Manchester City Centre office per week. 

The Role:

Manage the recruitment function and the in-house strategy surrounding permanent and casual resource.
Supporting the reduction in agency spend and the over-reliance of agencies. 
Support the organisation in the introduction of new technologies which will enhance the overall recruitment strategy and operation. 
Work closely with the hiring managers and SLT gaining their trust and confidence. 
Promote the organisation's brand.
Find creative ideas to recruit and attract top talent in a very competitive industry. 
Assess and evaluate the whole candidate journey. 
Seek creative ways of exploring both passive and active recruitment markets.
Provide recruitment MI to key stakeholders.
Assess and evaluate the internal talent pool. 
Lead, inspire and motivate a team to deliver an outstanding recruitment service. 

Requirements: 

Experience of working in a Recruitment Manager/Lead role.
Ideally both agency and in-house experience, but this is not essential.
Experience of reducing agency spend by enhancing and developing internal strategies.
Excellent stakeholder management experience.
Experience of leading a recruitment team.
Flexible to travel to national sites when required
