The Requirements

* Membership or working towards membership with CIBSE, demonstrating commitment to professional development.

* Proven track record of project delivery in at least one sector relevant to building service industry.

* Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for various stakeholders.

* Ability to cultivate relationships with internal and external parties for long-term benefits.

* Extensive technical experience in designing Mechanical Building Services systems, including HVAC and Public Health, along with proficiency in relevant software like Navisworks and NBS Create/Chorus.
