Strategy, Reward & Policy Business Partner

Adecco is currently recruiting for an experienced individual to join well established company as a Strategy, Reward & Policy Business Partner. in this role you'll be our go-to expert on HR policy, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and enhancing workplace environment. You'll also support strategic initiatives and activities, collaborating with stakeholders to uphold company's values.

Location: Liverpool

Salary: 40-50k per annum (pro rata)

Hours: part-time, 18 hours per week

The role:

Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to support organisational growth.
Foster effective trade union relationships and facilitate policy changes as needed
Utilise data insights to develop evidence-based initiatives supporting our reward strategy
Support the development and delivery of pay, reward, and recognition strategies aligned with our objectives.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners to achieve team objectives and support the business plan.
Work with the Diversity and Inclusion Manager to align HR policies with our inclusion strategy.Required experience:

Understanding of pay, reward, and benefits in creating an inclusive employment experience.
Experience in research and developing employment policies.
Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
