About the Role:
We are working on behalf of a prestigious client in the marine industry, known for their innovative designs and high-quality craftsmanship. We are seeking several skilled and dedicated GRP Laminators to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Laminating and constructing GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) components for marine vessels
- Preparing moulds and tools for the laminating process
- Cutting materials to size and applying them to moulds
- Ensuring the highest quality standards and finishing techniques
- Working collaboratively with the production team to meet project deadlines
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a GRP Laminator, ideally within the marine industry
- Strong knowledge of laminating processes and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
