Site Manager - Roofing & Cladding

Are you ready to take the next step in your roofing career?
My client is a roofing, cladding, metal fabrication specialists covering London, and all surrounding areas. Same team from design to completion, whether it be the full roofing and cladding package, over cladding a building, maintenance and refurbishment work, finishing and flashing works, pre-fabricated aluminium fascia and soffits, single ply membrane systems, liquid waterproofing systems and green roofing to over-cladding an existing building
As a Site Manager, you will oversee roofing & cladding projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time to the highest standards. You will manage a team of roofers and cladders, coordinate with managers and the teams, and ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
A Day in the Life:
* Manage daily roofing & cladding operations on-site.
* Lead and motivate a team of roofers.
* Ensure projects meet quality and safety standards.
* Coordinate with managers.
* Liaise with clients.
* Conduct regular site inspections and address issues promptly.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in management and liaising with clients. This is ideal for anyone in a supervisor position or for someone looking to come off the tools that has lead a crew.
