Are you an experienced Sales Administrator looking to join a friendly local company? We have a role in Bournemouth which is a permanent opportunity paying £(phone number removed)pa DOE.
The role is Monday to Friday working a day shift
Duties for the successful Sales Administrator:
Ensure that all customer orders and enquiries are processed as smoothly as possible
Stock and inventory control
Book in jobs with warehouse teams
Updating ERP systems
Arranging shipments / documentation
Laising with customer and internal departments
Dealing with customer queries
Review, update and negotiation of customer pricing
Carry out reception duties as part of the ‘front of house’ team
Opportunity to support social media and website improvements Requirements to be considered for the Sales Administrator role:
Previous experience within a sales administrator role essential
Excellent attention to detail
Strong customer service skills
Confident using Microsoft packages and strong Excel knowledge
