Are you currently a General Manager of a passenger car dealership and interested in a new challenge in the Middle East?
Our client has an immediate vacancy for a passenger car experienced General Manager to lead an established and thriving car dealership in the UAE.
Ideal Candidate
Educated to Bachelors degree or similar
Current or recent Middle East experience as a General Manager within a retail dealership (not OEM)
Successful career as a General Manager of a passenger car dealership for at least five years
Possess a balanced experience and understanding of sales, aftersales and marketing
Will consider luxury brand General Managers who have managed volume dealerships exceeding 1,000 new cars per year
Dynamic and focussed business leader
Driven by data, analysis of trends, the market and competitor performance
Decisive and a proven ability to bring impacting change
Motivational leadership skills
Ability to manage manufacturer relations
Present to the board of directors
Full operational and financial responsibility for the brand
The Package
Tax Free earnings annual salary package of up to GBP £151,000 per annum plus company car, annual bonus and benefits. Single or Family status applicants will be considered. GBP £218,000 OTE
