As a (Sr.) Recruitment Consultant within our label MichaelPage Perm, you have the power to create a win-win situation for everyone and are in charge of the entire permanent recruitment process for your clients. Which means you have a challenging and diverse range of tasks (360). As a Sales Consultant within our MichaelPage Contracting label, you have expertise on the client side (180), collaborating with a national recruitment team to provide the best service to clients with interim needs. In both labels you will become specialist in one of the recruitment disciplines, enabling you to provide your clients with the best insights and the widest reach during the recruitment process. You combine commercial business development with targeted, personal service to both clients and experienced candidates, generating revenue through effective relationships. You achieve success through strong communication, dedication, self-initiative and excellent commercial skills.
