Job Title: General Production Assistant
Location: Watton
Hourly Rate: From £11.44ph 
Our client is seeking a motivated Production Assistant to join their team. As a Production Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in their manufacturing process, contributing to various stages from mechanical assembly to final product preparation. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen interest in hands-on work and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
Assist with mechanical assembly tasks, ensuring products are assembled accurately and efficiently.
Support hydrotesting procedures, including setup and monitoring of equipment.
Participate in heating element preparation, adhering to quality standards and safety protocols.
Assist with wiring, following technical guidelines and specifications.
Contribute to the preparation and cleaning down of finished products, maintaining a tidy and organised work environment. Skills Required:
Some knowledge of hand tools, with the ability to effectively utilise them in a manufacturing setting.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines. In-house training will be provided to familiarise the successful candidate with company specific processes and equipment, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their role.
