Package Manager

Involve recruitment are in search of a motivated and highly organised package manager for external envelope works on a mixed use 11 storey project in Dorset.

Works will include removal and replacement of curtain wall, cladding and possibly roof coverings.

Part of the works is to be charged to the building safety fund and external scrutiny of quality inspections and the golden thread is high. The candidate will need to have experience of using Procore, Fieldwire or similar document systems for logging inspections, checking design drawings and RFI’s etc.

The candidate should have excellent IT skills, have good management experience with a tier 1 or 2 main contractor and demonstrate a good working knowledge of electronic ITAP systems as well as experience of managing external envelope works.

The project duration is at least 12 months, and we would like to see candidates who can show a track record of seeing projects through from start to finish.

Requirements:

* SMSTS

* CSCS

* First aid

* Asbestos awareness

Preferred but not essential:

* Temporary works co-ordinator

* Degree or vocational qualification

12 month contract-Perm or temp, hopefully leading to further employment
