We are recruiting an exciting and dynamic ‘Growth Marketer’ role to join a start-up property company as they enter a significant growth phase of their lifecycle.

Already making a significant impact in the UK and U.S markets, this is a startup company that are already fully stabilized and in rapid growth.

This key focus will be B2C Marketing. The company offer an exciting subscription-based platform that helps property investors make great investment decisions.

The successful candidate will be a commercially savvy and technically minded digital marketer who can hit the ground running.

The role:

As Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire customer journey- from awareness through to retention. You will take the lead on the marketing strategy using data driven decisions and creative content to develop and execute strategies, attracting new subscribers and keeping them engaged, and retaining them long term.

You will employ the full marketing mix to drive awareness, acquisition and retention across a number of channels in order to aid expansion across the UK and US markets.

* Create compelling paid search campaigns that convert.

* Employ SEO analysis and strategies to enhance visibility of the platform.

* Plan and create strategic content focused on spreading awareness of the platform, as well as nurturing a community of existing users.

* Analyse datapoints throughout the customer journey including post-purchase, to improve CRO performance and retention.

* Create email campaigns designed to nurture a community of users with valuable content.

* Work closely with affiliates to understand their needs, provide them with assets, and execute initiatives in order to drive affiliate performance.

* Keep up to date with competitor activity and wider industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.

The Candidate

* Passion, focus and drive are essential characteristics for this role. You will be working in a small team with big ambitions, and we are looking for someone whose ambitions will align with the teams.

* Min 5 years’ experience within digital marketing is required. Ideally you will have hands on digital marketing experience in a subscription business model environment or similar industry sector.

* Experience in digital marketing in the Property sector or a Start-Up business are also desirable.

* You will have a natural interest in using data to understand and improve prospect and customer experience in a digital environment.

* Solid hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, with a keen understanding of the metrics that drive profitability is essential.

* Experience in driving website performance including SEO and a strong understanding of CRO principles is required.

* Experience in creating and monitoring captivating content and email campaigns with excellent verbal and written communication.

* A desire for building relationships is key. Experience managing affiliate relationships is desirable but not essential, yet a willingness to listen, understand, and form bonds with external stakeholders is.
