Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and motivate Year 4 students.

- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic progress and personal development.

- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to the diverse needs of students.

- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.

- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of the school's curriculum and teaching practices.

- Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a sense of community and teamwork.

Requirements:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.

- Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2, preferably in an independent primary school setting.

- Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passionate about education and dedicated to the academic and personal growth of students.

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute positively to the school community.

- Commitment to upholding the ethos and values of the Catholic faith.
