Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences across a range of subjects and year groups.
Adapt to different classroom environments, maintaining positive relationships with students and staff.
Follow lesson plans and provide continuity in the absence of the regular class teacher.
Manage classroom behavior in line with school policies.
Engage with pupils to support their educational and emotional development.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teachers (ECTs) welcome.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to varying educational settings.
Enthusiasm for teaching and a genuine passion for working with children.
Flexibility to work in different schools within the Castle Bromwich area.
