Credit & Collections Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a Credit/Collections professional with a growing renewable energy company. In this role you will be responsible for B2B credit activities and debt recovery processes. The client is looking for a strong people manager who can drive collections strategy.
Credit & Collections Manager - What you'll be doing:
* Manage the Credit and Collections team, who are responsible for Credit Management and Debt Recovery.
* Accurately assess new business from a credit risk perspective.
* Ensure all business departments are aligned with credit and risk related processes and policies.
* Develop and report on individual and team KPIs and scorecards.
Credit & Collections Manager - Experience you'll need:
* Experience managing a credit or debt team.
* Ability to handle large data sets and utilise Excel for reporting.
* Experience within a similar B2B credit and collections role.
* Understanding of the UK Energy industry would be useful but isn't essential.
Location: Birmingham (hybrid)
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000
