Assembly / Test Technician
Location: Coleford
Hours: 37.5 hours One Week Monday to Friday 06:00-14:00/ Second Week Monday – Thursday 14:00-22:00/ Friday 06:00-14:00

Our client works in a niche sector providing top solutions for pumps. Our client is well known to provide a multiple of pumps for different purposes. They are a global company which can offer progression and support throughout your career growth.
With this role the client is looking for an enthusiastic fitter who is keen to get into a well-known company, they will help with progression and with this role you can move up into a managerial and team lead position.
Key Responsibilities of a Assembly / Test Technician:
* Rigging in pumps and testing them as per test procedures and/or customer requirements.
* Test pumps in front of customers and third-party inspectors.
* Follow procedures to ensure the Health, Safety and well-being of all employees, and visitors accordingly.
* Working as part of the test team performance test pumps and record the necessary test data.
* Pass or fail the pump.
* Liaise with F1 manager, test team leader, and senior test engineer.
Key Skills of a Assembly / Test Technician:
* Recognised mechanical apprenticeship or Minimum 2 years of mechanical experience.
