We are looking for an experienced B2B marketing person ready to take the step up into an assistant head of marketing role within a small, privately own aviation company in the Leicester area.

This is an office-based role working within a small team and being the person who deals with all B2B and B2C marketing. This could involve creating content from social media platforms, creating pay per click campaigns & creating prospectuses or video adverts.

The marketing will be used to drive customers to call the company and needs to be recorded on the internal computer systems and tracked.

The systems used include HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva and the range of Adobe software.

This is a role with a huge focus on sales, so we really do need someone who has run successful campaigns before, knows how to track conversion rates, is fully computer literate and a person who is easy to get along with (this office is very busy, vibrant and active).

Whilst is assistant head now, this plan is for this person to eventually take over the marketing to you need to be confident and very ambitious.

This role offers you:

£27K - £30K p/year (DOE)
40 hours paid per week
Some overtime during the weekend (paid at enhanced rate).
