I am recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a prestigious consultancy in Northampton. The consultancy provides Project Management and Quantity Surveying / Employer’s Agent work to a high-profile client base, with particularly strong expertise in industrial and commercial projects alongside other sectors such as education and leisure.
£50,000 - £70,000

The ideal Quantity Surveyor:
• Experienced Project / Senior Project Surveyor (minimum 2 years)
• Experience within the industrial, education and / or multi-room sectors desirable but not essential for the right candidate
• Candidates will either have achieved a professional qualification or be working towards achieving one. This consultancy have a great record of helping employees through their APC to become Chartered Surveyors.
• Able to work both individually but also as part of a team.
• A natural drive to succeed.
• A self-starter attitude.
