Senior Power Platform Developer - Hybrid working in Dublin

As a Senior Power Platform Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Power Platform. You will work closely with client to understand their business requirements and leverage Power Platform technologies to create scalable and efficient solutions. Your expertise will be vital in delivering high-quality solutions that empower our clients to streamline processes, automate tasks, and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements and design robust Power Platform solutions.
• Development: Develop custom applications, workflows, and automations using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Integration: Integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems and data sources, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support for deployed Power Platform solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet client specifications and are free of defects.
• Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation and training materials for clients and internal teams.
• Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide expert guidance on Power Platform capabilities.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers on the team, sharing best practices and fostering professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Experience with data modelling, connectors, and integrating Power Platform with other systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Platform Developer Associate) preferred.
