We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to join the Apple Roofing family to lead our roofing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring the success of our sales team.

Job Responsibilities:
Developing strategic sales plans
Building strong relationships with your clients and team
Recruiting, coaching and mentoring your team of sales representatives
Providing necessary tools and support for success of the sales team
Providing the necessary training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Working closely with managers and team leaders to communicate branch sales goals
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the roofing industry
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Knowledge of the roofing industry and insurance claims process is a plus
